To minimise the risk of bruising, it is advisable to avoid blood-thinning substances in the days leading up to your appointment. This includes anti-inflammatories, aspirin and supplements such as turmeric, omega-3 and vitamin C.

Avoid exposure to the sun and heat for the first few hours.
Avoid compressing or massaging the area where Botox® has been injected for 48-72 hours.
Avoid sauna/hammam or intense sport for 24 hours

Sinusitis and high fever
Dental treatment in progress or scheduled for the two weeks following the injection (if facial injection)
Immunological diseases such as lupus, multiple sclerosis, etc.
Known sensitivity to hyaluronic acid, lidocaine or amide-type local anaesthetics
On the area to be treated: cold sore, bacterial or viral infection, open wound, skin infection, etc.
