Polynucleotides are biostimulators of natural origin that deeply regenerate the skin.
Polynucleotides are purified DNA fragments from salmon or other marine sources. Injected into the dermis, they act as powerful cellular biostimulators, improving skin elasticity, stimulating collagen production, repairing damaged tissue and promoting long-lasting hydration. The treatment does not alter volumes, but gives the skin a visibly healthier, smoother and more radiant appearance. It is an ideal solution for tired, dehydrated or sagging skin, as well as for the delicate treatment of hollow or pigmented eyes and dark circles.

During the session
The polynucleotides are injected using micro-needles or very fine cannulas. The session lasts between 30 and 45 minutes. Slight redness or swelling may appear immediately afterwards, but this generally disappears within a few hours.
Post-injection oedema and ecchymosis may appear and last for up to 48 hours, especially in the periorbital region.

Pre-treatment precautions
- Avoid taking aspirin and anti-inflammatory drugs 48 hours beforehand.
Post-treatment precautions
- Avoid exposure to the sun and heat for the first few hours after injections
- Avoid intensive sport for 24 hours
- Avoid swimming pools (risk of infection), jacuzzis and saunas for 48 hours after treatment.
- Do not wash the area on the day of treatment or apply make-up for 12 hours, and avoid massaging the face.
- Avoid using irritating products (retinoids, exfoliating acids) for 1 week.
Contraindications
- Pregnancy
- Known sensitivity to local anaesthetics of the amide type (lidocaine, etc.) if their use proves necessary
- On the area to be treated: cold sores, bacterial or viral infections, open wounds, skin infections, etc.
- Oncology patients
