Mesotherapy Microneedling

The first stage involves applying a specific serum to your face. Next, the therapist slides the Dermapen to create tiny perforations, allowing the product to penetrate the epidermis and provoke a regenerative reaction in the skin.

The depth of the micro-perforations can be adjusted according to sensitivity, specific needs and the imperfections to be targeted.

When the depth of penetration exceeds 0.5 mm, the treatment must be carried out by a doctor.

Dermapen micro-needling is not recommended for dark, mixed-race or oriental skins. For these phototypes IV, V or VI, the treatment should be carried out with a mesotherapy needle.

Microneedling carried out at a thickness of more than 0.5mm (in which case the treatment is carried out by a doctor) almost always results in marked erythema, transient oedema and sometimes microbleeding. It is therefore important not to make any plans in the hours that follow. The initial inflammatory phase is followed by a proliferative phase and then remodelling, which may last several weeks. Results are therefore progressive and long-term.
