The Green Peel is a plant-based peel developed by dermatologist Dr Christine Schrammek, with the aim of regenerating and renewing the epidermis. It is a medium peel that penetrates to the dermis.
Green Peel is made from a blend of plant and algae extracts rich in enzymes, minerals and vitamins, and contains no harmful chemicals or synthetic abrasives. Its main use is to treat sun-damaged skin.

During the session
On the day of the treatment, Green Peel is applied to the skin; its active ingredients penetrate the skin using an intense manual massage technique. Over the 5 days following the treatment, the skin reddens, then peels, before finally regaining a fresh, rejuvenated complexion.
This peel can be carried out in different ways, so that its intensity can be adjusted according to the type of skin to be treated and the problems to be resolved. A Green Peel session requires prior consultation with a specialist therapist.
Results
The Green Peel treats a multitude of skin imperfections: wrinkles, sagging, spots, scars, dilated pores, dull complexion. A single session is all it takes to achieve appreciable results.

Pre-treatment precautions
- No exposure to the sun for 2 months prior to treatment
- It is important to stop taking any retinoids or cortisone.
Post-treatment precautions
- Avoid all sources of excessive heat for 5 days
- Do not apply make-up or wash your face for 5 days
- Do not pull on the flakes to allow the skin to regenerate naturally
- 5 days after the treatment, a follow-up appointment is compulsory. The products supplied by the therapist will then be applied.
- Avoid exposure to UV rays: apply sunscreen 50+ and wear a cap for at least 2 months.
Contraindications
- Pregnancy and breastfeeding
- No sun exposure in the 8 weeks prior to the peel
- Skin infection in the area to be treated
- Allergies to ingredients: Horsetail, Aloe Vera, Fucus (seaweed), Chamomile, Calendula (flower), Spirulina, Sea Lettuce, Wild Pansy, Plantain
- Retinoid treatment, cortisone to be stopped
- Atopic eczema
