The Cosmopeel Forte peel may be carried out after a prior medical consultation, to ensure that it is the right treatment for your needs and expectations.

On the day of the treatment, your skin is cleansed. The skin's surface is then cleansed using compresses soaked in ethanol or acetone. This pre-peel is immediately followed by the application of Cosmopeel Forte. Once the peel is complete, a compress soaked in very cold water is placed on the face to stop the sensation of heat induced by the peel.

From the day after treatment, the skin feels cardboardy, tight and may be itchy. The face may be swollen. On the second day, brownish spots will appear all over the face and the skin will then peel for about 7 days. It is important not to pull on the peeling skin, but to moisturise the skin regularly with the cream recommended by the doctor.
