To enhance volumes and facial features
Like collagen, hyaluronic acid is a molecule that already exists in our skin. Present between the cells of the dermis, it moisturises and ensures the skin's elasticity and tonicity. Injected into the mid- and lower face, hyaluronic acid will plump the skin, reduce wrinkles and folds, and improve overall appearance.
Hyaluronic acid also offers an effective solution for beautifying the shape of the face and restoring volumes that are lost with age, or for restoring harmony to the profile (jawline and chin treatment), lip injections or medical rhinoplasty).

- Filling in wrinkles: Some wrinkles look good on us; they are positive and reflect the great experiences of our lives. Others make us look sad, tired or angry. Injections of dermal fillers can restore volume to our face and soften its features.
- Restore volumes : Hyaluronic acid is essential for restoring the skin's youthful volumes, smoothing its surface and reinforcing its firmness. It is also effective in redefining the oval of the face, and can be injected into the cheekbones for an attractive lifting effect.
- Profiloplasty Hyaluronic acid injections can be used to work on the overall harmony of a profile (nose, chin). It can correct a receding chin or lips that are too thin in relation to the rest of the face.
- Moisturising and stimulating collagen : it acts like a real sponge, retaining water in the tissues and ensuring optimal hydration of the skin, giving it a younger, more radiant appearance.
Over time, it stimulates collagen production in the skin, helping to improve its firmness and natural elasticity.
During the session
After an in-depth discussion with your doctor, he or she will choose the type of hyaluronic acid best suited to your needs and inject the area to be treated using a cannula or needle, after disinfecting the area.
For greater comfort during the treatment, an anaesthetic cream can be applied to the area concerned.
Results
The effects of HA treatment are generally visible as soon as the injection is given, but to fully appreciate the final results, it is necessary to wait 2 to 4 weeks before the swelling subsides and the product settles into place.
Quantity and number of syringes
It is essential to know that a syringe of hyaluronic acid contains 1 ml, equivalent to one teaspoon, which is insufficient to fully restore facial volumes.
To meet your specific needs and make it easier for you to achieve the results you want, we propose degressive rates on hyaluronic acid syringes used during the same session (with the exception of injections for the forehead, lips and the nose).

Pre-treatment precautions
- To minimise the risk of bruising, it is advisable to avoid blood-thinning substances in the days leading up to your appointment. This includes anti-inflammatories, aspirin and supplements such as turmeric, omega-3 and vitamin C.
Post-treatment precautions
- Avoid exposure to the sun and heat for the first few hours.
- Avoid pressing or massaging the treated area for at least 6 hours after the injection.
Contraindications
- Pregnancy and breastfeeding
- Sinusitis and high fever
- Dental treatment in progress or scheduled for the two weeks following the injection (if facial injection)
- Immunological diseases such as lupus, multiple sclerosis, etc.
- Known sensitivity to hyaluronic acid, lidocaine or amide-type local anaesthetics
- On the area to be treated: cold sore, bacterial or viral infection, open wound, skin infection, etc.
- Porphyria
Good to know
Some temporary reactions may occur after your treatment, such as mild to moderate swelling, redness or tenderness at the injection site, bruising or slight irregularities that will gradually fade. If you have any questions or concerns, our team is always available to assist you.
