PB Serum
The PBSerum® HA treatment is the world's only recombinant enzymatic system specifically developed for remodelling facial and body tissues. Bioremodeling aims to restore the skin's natural architecture by acting on the extracellular matrix, the true support structure of tissues. It improves tissue quality, treats certain unsightly and stubborn bulges (double chin, thighs, etc.), and supports skin ageing in a natural way.
The manufacturer of PB Serum uses three recombinant enzymes (collagenase, lyase and lipase) which, mixed in different proportions and optionally combined with native non-cross-linked hyaluronic acid, make it possible to obtain a lifting effect on the targeted tissues, without modifying volume, a firming effect, the reduction of localised fatty deposits - for example the double chin -, the attenuation of hypertrophic or fibrous scars and/or an improvement in cellulite orange peel skin.

- Improves skin firmness and qualityCollagenase: collagenase eliminates collagen fibres damaged by the sun or smoking, for example, and replaces them with new collagen. The skin becomes suppler, smoother and more radiant.
- Reduction of localised fat accumulation Lipase reduces the volume of fat cells without damaging them. It can be used to reshape the body (back, inner thighs, arms, etc.) or the lower face (double chin), without surgery and with a natural effect.
- Reduces cellulite and water retentionThe lyase contained in PBSerum® improves blood and lymph circulation, as well as tissue permeability. By acting on water retention, PBSerum® reduces oedema and eliminates accumulated toxins and the fibrosis characteristic of orange peel skin. The skin is smoother and more supple to the touch.
- Scar treatment PBSerum® improves hypertrophic scars. It reduces their thickness, hardness and pigmentation, while improving the skin's elasticity, vascularisation and texture.
- Treatment of irregularities secondary to liposuction PBSerum® can also be used to smooth the abdomen or thighs when the skin shows hollows or undulations after liposuction.

What is a recombinant molecule?
A molecule is said to be recombinant when it is obtained by giving micro-organisms the genetic instructions necessary for its manufacture, so that it is produced in large quantities and in a perfectly controlled manner. Its qualities: its purity and the fact that it is not derived from an animal; a well-known example of a recombinant molecule is insulin.
An enzyme is therefore said to be recombinant when it is manufactured according to this model.

- Avoid all sources of high heat for 24 to 48 hours
- Avoid strenuous sporting activity for 24 to 48 hours
- Avoid any other beauty treatment for 3 to 4 days
Contraindications
- Pregnancy and breastfeeding
- Skin infection at the injection site
- General state of infection (bacterial or viral)
- Non-stabilised or active autoimmune disease
- Patients on anticoagulant therapy should temporarily stop treatment, on medical advice.
- Known hypersensitivity to one of the ingredients (hyaluronic acid, enzymes)
- Known allergy to insect bites (possible reactivity with Hyaluronidase)
