Exosomes are derived from Damask rose stem cells and contain various elements such as amino acids, lipids, growth factors, peptides, minerals and vitamins. They act as messengers to encourage cell revitalisation, promoting a healthy hair growth cycle.

During the session
The first phase consists of applying the exosome-based serum to the scalp in droplets. The treatment is then carried out using a micro-needle pen called Dermapen®, which your doctor slides over the treatment area. The microperforations allow the exosomes to penetrate your epidermis, boosting collagen formation and stimulating blood circulation.

Exosomes are nano-vesicles excreted by our cells to communicate with each other. In the skin, exosomes provide the information needed for fibroblasts to maintain and stimulate collagen. Pre-treatment precautions
- Avoid taking aspirin and anti-inflammatory drugs
- Avoid exposure to the sun and heat for the first few hours after injections
- Avoid swimming pools (risk of infection), jacuzzis and saunas for 48 hours after treatment.
Post-treatment precautions
- Do not wash your hair for 24 hours
- Avoid all sources of heat for 48 hours (sauna, hammam, hot baths, etc.).
- Apply sunscreen and protect treated areas from the sun for 1 month
- Avoid using irritating products (retinoids, exfoliating acids) for 1 week.
Contraindications
- Pregnancy
- Known sensitivity to local anaesthetics of the amide type (lidocaine, etc.) if their use proves necessary
- On the area to be treated: cold sores, bacterial or viral infections, open wounds, skin infections, etc.
- Oncology patients
- Known hypersensitivity to one of the components of the solution (in particular glutathione, retinol or certain amino acids).
