Sculptra® is a biodegradable medical injectable composed of poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA). The most popular application for Sculptra® Body is the treatment of the buttocks. Using a specific protocol, Sculptra® injections provide genuine non-surgical body contouring: sagging buttocks are lifted, the shape is restored and the texture of the skin is improved. Cellulite and sagging skin

The poly-L-lactic acid contained in Sculptra® is a biocompatible biodegradable material that has been used for decades in surgery (absorbable sutures). Injected into the deep dermis, it is gradually broken down by the body - and it is precisely this breakdown that triggers the cellular response, namely the stimulation of collagen synthesis by fibroblasts. This process takes place over several weeks.

It is this gradual mechanism that explains both the natural look and the duration of the results. The effects of Sculptra® Body can last up to 24 to 36 months.

Collagen accounts for almost 75 % of the skin's composition. Its density gradually decreases from the age of 20. Sculptra® Body acts directly on this depletion mechanism to restore firmer, more toned skin.

This treatment requires the wearing of a full-body just-wear specially designed by LPG. Comfortable, opaque and for personal use, Endermowear guarantees excellent tissue grip.

Once you are comfortably seated on the massage table, the LPG session can begin. The beauty therapist selects the massage heads best suited to the areas to be treated and attaches them to the Cellu M6. She then applies a mechanical palpating-rolling movement to the skin using the heads.

Mesotherapy injections are given in the form of "papules" or "smears" over all the areas concerned.

Slight redness may appear immediately after the mesotherapy session, but this only lasts for 2 or 3 hours. Bruising may also appear, but will disappear 8 to 10 days after treatment.

8 sessions spaced one week apart are recommended as an initial treatment. We recommend maintenance sessions approximately every 2 to 3 months to maintain and even improve results.

Mesotherapy tones tissues, drains oedemas and refines the contours of the figure. The "orange peel" effect is therefore reduced. Mesotherapy also burns fatty tissue. Its draining effect relieves the swelling of heavy legs and limits water retention.

You will regain a slimmer silhouette and smoother, more sensual skin: for the improvement in skin texture and dimpling to be visible, 6 sessions are generally required.
