Botox ®
Features
Botulinum toxin type A, more widely known as Botox ® (or Vistabel®) is a naturally occurring protein produced by the bacteria Clostridium botulinum. Muscles injected with very small doses of this molecule are partially and temporarily relaxed, blocking the activity of nerve endings, which control muscle contraction.
Use
At the Forever Laser Institut, Botox® is used to smooth out expression-induced wrinkles, such as those found on the forehead, between the eyebrows, or around the eyes. In small doses, it helps to ensure a youthful expression, change the shape of eyebrows or the corners of the mouth.
Duration of effect
Butolinum toxin has a temporary effect and the treatment has to be renewed every 4 to 6 months for a long-lasting desired effect.
Wrinkle fillers
Features
At the Forever Laser Beauty Institut, we exclusively offers hyaluronic acid, a polysaccharide naturally present in all living tissues and whose main role is to attract and retain water. This specificity makes it an excellent wrinkle-filling product thanks to its volumising effect and helps to moisturise the tissues. Much like endogenous hyaluronic acid, injected hyaluronic acid from non-animal sources is progressively broken down and eliminated by the body and is very well tolerated.
Use
Since the beginning of the 1990s, hyaluronic acid has been injected into the wrinkle folds and scars to fill them. The progress made in its manufacturing process has enabled this very same molecule to be used successfully and safely today to sculpt the contours of the face, giving it back the characteristic volumes of youth.
Duration of effect
Hyaluronic acid progressively breaks down and we recommend a yearly treatment to guarantee optimum results.
Biostimulation
Features
Biostimulation uses very fine needles to carry out a number of injections on the area requiring treatment. The injected products are natural agents (vitamins, minerals, coenzymes, hyaluronic acid...) capable of neutralising the free radicals responsible for ageing as well as stimulating cell activity.
Use
For young to mature skins, and specifically for areas exposed to UV rays and presenting the first signs of ageing such as loss of tonicity, altered texture, first irregularities and fine lines.
Duration of effect
We recommend a number of treatments in quick succession to activate the repair process and rapidly obtain visible results, followed by four sessions per year.
Carboxytherapy
Features
Carboxytherapy uses very fine needles to inject small quantities of carbon dioxide (CO2). Naturally produced by the body, CO2 is perfectly tolerated and particularly effective on the vasodilatation of small blood vessels. Blood circulation and therefore cell irrigation is improved and cells benefit from a more efficient supply of nutrients and oxygen (O2), stimulating the tissues' local metabolism.
Use
The skin's elasticity and texture are improved, especially when treating scars and stretch marks.
Duration of effect
To retain a long-lasting aesthetic effect, we recommend renewing this treatment on a regular basis.
