Softlift Forever

The Forever Softlift results in a general improvement of skin quality, better definition of face contours and volumes, with lines and facial features lifted upwards.

What is it ?

Classical injection methods consist in injecting hyaluronic acid directly into the wrinkle to fill it up. The Forever Softlift differs by its more global rejuvenation approach, and the use of a blunted micro-cannula which enables a broad dispersion of hyaluronic acid in various layers of the skin. This treatment restores volume loss due to ageing, smoothens the skin and lifts lines and facial features without altering the natural expressions and facial characteristics of the patient. With no pretention to reach the results of plastic surgery, the Forever Softlift may however delay or prevent the need for a surgical face lift. Why hyaluronic acid? This natural anti-ageing substance has many qualities. Its capacity to retain one thousand times its own weight in water makes it the perfect agent to maintain hydration levels, volume and density in the dermis. Moreover, by its nature hyaluronic acid acts as a protection against free radicals, stimulates cellular activity and transports essential nutrients to the skin’s viable cells.

What is the procedure ?

From a few discrete points of entry, the blunted and flexible micro-cannula may reach all areas and corners of the face. It penetrates and slides easily at various depths without damaging small vessels or nerves. Once introduced under the skin, the cannula spreads the hyaluronic acid in overlapping fan patterns in various superimposed planes of subcutaneous tissues.  The Forever Softlift technique creates a kind of cushioned support filling in hollowed parts of the face which may appear with age of drastic weight loss. The area treated should cover at least the damaged skin area, ideally the entire face, to obtain not only a rejuvenation of the skin but also a tightening effect. The procedure lasts between 1 and 3 hours and induces no downtime.

Results ?

The Forever Softlift offers excellent and natural results that are visible immediately after the procedure: subtle lifting effect, reduction in wrinkles and folds, better definition of face contours and volumes. The improvement in skin quality and radiance becomes noticeable 3 months after the treatment.

Number of sessions ?

1 Softlift session to be renewed after 18 months; results will last longer as treatments are cumulated over time.

Side effects ?

Mild bruising, redness and swelling may sometimes occur. These side effects are all transient.
