The rolling massage is a manual or mechanical massage technique. When rolling is carried out manually, the surface of the body is kneading by taking a fold of skin between thumb and fingers, making it roll. The mechanical massage is easier to do and more regular since it is carried out using a machine such as the Cellu M6. The machine applies a negative pressure on the skin that sticks to a roller and kneads it in order to activate the circulation, draining it and eliminating cellulite as well as the orange peel effect.
