Lymph drainage boosts circulation throughout the body and stimulates the lymph system. This is a manual massage technique that is carried out following the direction of blood circulation. The therapist puts slow, regular and deep pressure on the lymph nodes. This technique is recommended during a slimming course or post-surgery (lift, liposuction) to facilitate the elimination of toxins and accelerate the fading of potential swelling or oedemas. Lymph drainage is recommended for blood circulation problems, painful legs and water retention. One gains a better skin tonicity and the body is purified. It is essential in the alleviation of oedematous cellulite.
