Excrescences such as warts and calluses. These include, amongst others, actinic keratosis (sun keratosis) that are precancerous, caused by an excessive exposure to the sun and characterised by fine marks, desquamation and a brownish-pink colour. Seborrheic keratosis are benign lesions, frequently visible in elderly people. These lesions are in general pigmented and can be removed without leaving any scars using special lasers such as KTP, Erbium or CO2.
